Soft Sterilization Wrap
A range of soft sterilization wrapping paper is specially processed to have
enhanced drape and a soft finish for easier use. Standard colours are green, blue and white. A comprehensive range of stock sizes is available, with special sizes and interleaving of colours to customer requirements.

Non-Woven Sterilization Wraps
A range of alcohol repellent, synthetic reinforced non-woven material. For
use when increased strength and drape are required.

Interleaved Sterilization Wrap
Supaspun is a multilayer 100% synthetic non-woven material specifically developed
to provide high tear strength. Available either on its own or interleaved with green Supadrape, it provides excellent barrier properties and drape characteristics. Both
layers are also alcohol repellent, enabling their use as a sterile field.
Heat Seal & Plain Closure Bags
Bags for Steam, ETO and Gamma Sterilization. A comprehensive range enabling the user to select the most appropriate bag
size for their needs. Suitable for all popular sterilization methods. Special short run service available. Available from stock with a heat seal band and steam indicator or plain top
without indicator.
Manufactured from tinted, multilayer heat-sealable PET/PP film, 3 side sealed with a
ribbed pattern to 60gsm medical grade paper incorporating steam and ETO
indicators (DIN products have addition of formaldehyde indicator).
All pouches manufactured under ISO.9001.2008 Quality Systems and are ISO11607 part 1 and
EN868-5 compliant. CE and BSI Kite Marked.
These products are suitable for H2O2 sterilization and are printed with Class 1
process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1. Manufactured from uncoated
Tyvek® protective material 1073B1, the highest level of barrier protection, sealed to a polyester / polyethylene laminate providing excellent strength and
peelability.
The indicators change from red to yellow when exposed to Hydrogen
Peroxide providing a strong signal that the pack has been processed.
In addition to the stock widths and sizes previously detailed. Special sized pouches can be made to your requirements in the following widths. All
widths can be produced with variable lengths to suit your needs with blue
or green films.
Designed to provide protection for individual instruments during sterilization
and transport. Manufactured from paper to ensure steam penetration particularly
when used in containers. Paper/Paper Multi-Pouch dimension 252 x 360mm
For extra strength. Manufactured from tinted heat sealable multi-layer
laminated PET/PP film sealed along 3 sides with a ribbed pattern to a blue
synthetic reinforced creped cellulose based material to provide additional
strength.
Special pouches up to 2400mm long can be supplied. In addition, from 455mm
upwards any widths is available to a maximum of 960mm as straight top
pouches. Two side seal reel lengths are available up to 600 metres depending upon
material combinations. Most of the above combinations can be supplied plain
or printed in all listed widths and a variety of lengths to a maximum of 4
colours.

To meet the requirements of HTM01-01
This patented product is designed and manufactured to maintain surgical
instruments in a moist state post operatively, thus preventing the drying of
bio-contamination on the instrument. On completion of the procedure the
contaminated instruments are placed in to the Humipak pouch where they
will remain until they are presented for cleaning.
Available in four self-seal sizes.
Absorbent Tray Liners
This is a non woven material offering very high absorbency making it ideal for use
as a tray liner to absorb any excess moisture produced during sterilization.
This material is capable of absorbing over seven times it own weight in water locking
it into it's own porous structure preventing the moisture from adversely affecting
the efficiency of the steam sterilization process.
Autoclave Sealing Tape
The tape is primarily intended for use with flexible sterile barrier systems such
as wraps, drapes & plain closure bags, although it will also adhere strongly to
other surfaces such as linen.
The tape is available in two standard widths of 19mm and 25mm and in two
varieties, standard and latex free.
