ABSORBENT TRAY LINERS

This is a non woven material offering very high absorbency making it ideal for use as a tray liner to absorb any excess moisture produced during sterilization. This material is capable of absorbing over seven times it own weight in water locking it into it's own porous structure preventing the moisture from adversely affecting the efficiency of the steam sterilization process.
The material is supplied in a high visibility blue colour and possesses excellent mechanical properties to withstand handling & sterilisation.
The material is low linting and it's very light weight to volume ratio makes it exceptionally easy to handle even in bulk.
The material is available in a range of sizes optimised to fit most popular sizes of trays. We can also offer a bespoke production service with the material cut to the exact size and shape required.
