STERILIZATION POUCHES

Manufactured from tinted, multilayer heat-sealable PET/PP film, 3 side sealed with a ribbed pattern to 60gsm medical grade paper incorporating steam and ETO indicators (DIN products have addition of formaldehyde indicator). All pouches manufactured under ISO.9001.2008 Quality Systems and are ISO11607 part 1 and EN868-5 compliant. CE and BSI Kite Marked.
Chevron shaped end with thumbholes for ease of opening. Standard pouch range consists of 20 flat and 7 gusseted sizes.
These pouches are suitable for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization and are printed with Class 1 process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1 for both sterilization processes.
Formaldehyde indicators are also available

A wide range of pouches featuring a self adhesive strip which by removing the backing strip and folding over it's possible to create an integral seal that will withstand sterilization. No heat sealing equipment is required, making the pouches especially suited for use in small general practices, dental surgeries and the like. The pouches are produced from heavyweight 68gsm paper meeting EN868-3 and they are in compliance with ISO11607 part 1 and EN868-5. CE and BSI Kite Marked.

These products are suitable for H2O2 sterilization and are printed with Class 1 process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1. Manufactured from uncoated Tyvek® protective material 1073B1, the highest level of barrier protection, sealed to a polyester/polyethylene laminate providing excellent strength and peelability.
The indicators change from red to yellow when exposed to Hydrogen Peroxide providing a strong signal that the pack has been processed.
The materials comply to FDA 21 CFR 176:170, 177:1520 and 186:1673. The pouches and reels comply with ISO.11607-1 and EN868-5 & 9. The H2O2 indicator complies with the requirements of ISO.11140-1:2005.
Sizes available for both Self Seal and Flat Pouches are available.

In addition to the stock widths and sizes previously detailed. Special sized pouches can be made to your requirements in the following widths. All widths can be produced with variable lengths to suit your needs with blue or green films.

Designed to provide protection for individual instruments during sterilization and transport. Manufactured from paper to ensure steam penetration particularly when used in containers. Paper/Paper Multi-Pouch dimension 252 x 360mm

For extra strength. Manufactured from tinted heat sealable multi-layer laminated PET/PP film sealed along 3 sides with a ribbed pattern to a blue synthetic reinforced creped cellulose based material to provide additional strength.

Special pouches up to 2400mm long can be supplied. In addition, from 455mm upwards any widths is available to a maximum of 960mm as straight top pouches.
Two side seal reel lengths are available up to 600 metres depending upon material combinations. Most of the above combinations can be supplied plain or printed in all listed widths and a variety of lengths to a maximum of 4 colours.
